Its main role is to receive operation tickets issued by the intelligent anti-misoperation main unit and strictly perform operations on various on-site locks according to the ticket, thereby preventing misoperation risks at the source. Intelligent Anti-misoperation Host
The intelligent anti-misoperation host, independently developed by Unitech, is a cost-effective microcomputer-based interlocking product primarily used in terminal substations. This product provides complete "five-prevention" functionality. With advanced technologies such as LCD touchscreen and RFID wireless coding recognition, and a compact, streamlined design, it brings microcomputer-based anti-misoperation interlock products into terminal substations. It offers users a highly integrated, flexible, convenient, simple, and cost-effective solution. The product integrates the five-prevention interlock system and remote vision system, making it suitable for unattended or minimally staffed substations.
Transmission Adapter
The transmission adapter, as a supporting device for the computer key, mainly provides data transfer and charging functions. Four generations of products have been developed. This series of adapters is compatible with the 5th to 8th generation computer keys, with continuously expanding functions. It has evolved from early single-purpose charging and data transfer to multi-functional applications such as information management, data processing, access control, and device management. The modular transmission adapter can be connected to the anti-misoperation system to ensure secure transmission of operation tickets. It accurately transfers system-generated operation instructions to the computer key, providing reliable data interaction support for safe operation of power equipment.
Intelligent Ground Wire Management Device
The intelligent grounding management device integrates height detection, pressure detection, and metal conductor detection to ensure the accuracy of conductor-end clamping operations. The device is equipped with a GPS/BeiDou dual-mode positioning system to collect real-time location data of temporary grounding connections. Combined with Bluetooth and 4G dual-mode communication, grounding status data is synchronized with the online system, providing reliable data support for safety management in power operations.
Key Management Device
The key management device, leveraging electronic sealing technology and mobile internet technology, enables standardized authorization and automatic record storage for all unlocking keys, ensuring strict usage control. The product accurately records information such as applicant, approver, unlocking reason, key withdrawal, and return. It provides monitoring and management of unlocking keys, remote control, and directional unlocking, effectively reducing the risk of human interference. By standardizing the management of unlocking tools (keys), it delivers reliable protection for on-site personnel safety as well as power grid operation and maintenance security.
High-Voltage Voltage-Detection Device
The high-voltage live display interlock device provides a direct visual indication of whether electrical equipment is energized. When the equipment is energized, the indicator flashes automatically, alerting operators in real time. This device can work together with electromagnetic locks, mechanical program locks, and microcomputer-based anti-misoperation interlock devices. Through enforced interlocking, it effectively prevents electrical misoperation risks. Some models integrate additional functions such as phase checking, circuit self-test, on-site calibration, and operating status display. Certain outdoor series also provide real-time voltage display, mode setting, fault interlock, and undervoltage interlock, meeting diverse application requirements.
Intelligent Safety Tool Management Device
The intelligent safety tool management device is suitable for tool and equipment management scenarios, addressing issues of large quantities, difficult inventory, and chaotic management of traditional tools such as insulating gloves, signage boards, and voltage detectors. Based on RFID electronic tags, intelligent sensors, and IoT technology, it enables full lifecycle tracking, automatic inventory, and condition monitoring of tools, with seamless data integration into management systems. Equipped with intelligent alarm and temperature/humidity control functions, it significantly improves management efficiency, eliminates missed inspections and misplacement, and ensures safe and compliant use of tools.
Remote Interlock Device
The remote interlock system consists of the microcomputer anti-misoperation interlock host, remote interlock controller, and remote interlock relay. The microcomputer anti-misoperation interlock host serves as the core control unit, issuing remote operation commands, while the remote interlock controller and relay work together to form the remote interlock device. By connecting the normally open contact of the remote interlock relay in series with the remote/local control circuit, the system creates a physical-level operation restriction. This enforces interlock control of motorized equipment operations, ensuring operational safety.
Item Management Device
The item management cabinet is an intelligent storage and retrieval system specially developed for underground coal mine workers. The product integrates IoT, iris recognition, and smart lock control technologies to create a management system combining identity authentication, intelligent storage, and environmental control. With iris recognition for precise identity verification and an electronic control lock to ensure secure storage, the cabinet also features built-in ventilation, heating, and disinfection devices to automatically regulate the internal environment. Through intelligent management functions, the system enables orderly storage and retrieval of items, effectively improving material management efficiency, and providing coal miners with a safe, convenient, and comfortable storage solution.
Intelligent Ticket-Generation Device
The intelligent ticket-generation device is built on the provincial power grid company’s AI platform, providing an intelligent agent for ticket generation and verification. It integrates existing computing resources with the semantic understanding and reasoning capabilities of the Guangming Power large model to perform intelligent computational processing of related tasks, ensuring efficient and accurate ticket generation and verification.
