The transformer oil chromatography online monitoring system enables automated quantitative cyclic cleaning, oil intake, oil-gas separation, sample analysis, data processing, and real-time alarm functions. It rapidly monitors the content and growth rate of dissolved fault gases in the oil of transformers and other oil-immersed high-voltage power equipment. Leveraging a fault diagnosis expert system, it provides early warnings of potential equipment failures, effectively preventing accidents and minimizing major losses, thereby significantly enhancing operational reliability.

High-efficiency oil-gas separation with environmentally adaptive technology to counteract the impact of temperature and humidity variations on gas distribution coefficients.

For the analyzed oil samples, degassing and buffering treatment technologies are employed to remove entrapped bubbles from the oil intended for reinjection into the transformer main body, thereby preventing carrier gas infiltration into the transformer unit.
