Protection, Measurement and Control Devices
Protection, measurement and control devices are designed based on high-end software and hardware platforms, which integrate protection, measurement, control, monitoring, communication, event recording, fault recording and other functions, feature high reliability, perfect functions and flexible expansion, etc. They are suitable for 110kV and below voltage levels conventional substations, intelligent substations, power plants and power supply offices, and are widely used in electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal industry and other industries.
Communication Device
With the accelerated construction of new power systems, the requirements of substations for safety and reliability continue to increase. Unitech keeps pace with communication technology and industry development trends, implementing a comprehensive upgrade of the hardware and software platforms of communication devices. By enhancing intrinsic security mechanisms and optimizing data encryption, Unitech delivers communication devices with efficient data processing, robust cybersecurity, and strong protocol library support, ensuring reliable substation data interaction and protection.
Secondary Monitoring Device
The secondary equipment monitoring device includes plate status sensors and remote-control plates, remote-control circuit breakers, and remote-control handles. The plate status sensor adopts a non-intrusive design, which does not affect the secondary circuit, and supports both wired and wireless communication. The secondary remote-control devices include remote-control plates, breakers, and handles, which communicate with the communication unit via RS485 to realize remote control and status acquisition.
Intelligent Distribution Device
In the context of advancing the “dual-carbon” goals and implementing supportive policies, the power sector is accelerating its shift to green and low-carbon development, with the construction of new power systems steadily deepening. With significant changes in the network structure and operating modes of new distribution systems, Unitech actively responds to the transformation needs of distribution networks by leveraging advanced digital sensing and IoT technologies to develop multiple devices adapted to diversified distribution applications. These products enable comprehensive perception and efficient connection of the distribution network, effectively enhancing its sensing performance.
Visual Grounding Device
In traditional rail transit catenary maintenance, manual voltage testing and grounding wire installation/removal operations are time-consuming, inefficient, and pose safety risks. Unitech's AC/DC catenary voltage testing and grounding device integrates voltage detection and grounding functions, supporting multiple modes such as remote control, programmed operation, local electric operation, and manual operation, thereby improving maintenance efficiency and operational safety.
Power Consumption Monitoring Device
In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic new energy construction, a large number of distributed power sources have been connected to the grid through low-voltage 400 V, bringing new challenges to the traditional transformer-area power supply system. Based on the intelligent IoT system, Unitech has developed a series of devices including transformer-area intelligent integrated terminals, power quality analysis devices, intelligent molded-case circuit breakers, intelligent breakers, and communication terminals. These products can realize electrical topology identification of transformer areas, perform real-time monitoring of new energy equipment such as wind, solar, storage, and charging, and fully grasp the operating status of distribution and utilization facilities in the transformer area. Through coordinated operation among devices, they achieve coordinated control of power supply, generation, and consumption in transformer areas, helping to realize microgrid autonomy within the area.
New Energy Edge Gateway Device
With the large-scale integration of distributed new energy, energy storage, and charging piles into the grid, their volatility and intermittency pose challenges to grid operation. Unitech leverages IoT, big data, cloud computing, and blockchain technologies to develop a new energy edge gateway device, enabling access control for PV inverters, smart energy meters, intelligent molded-case circuit breakers, intelligent circuit breakers, and other equipment, helping new energy systems achieve "observable, measurable, adjustable, and controllable."
