Solutions
Currently, underground electrical operations in coal mines rely on the "two tickets" management system. However, existing work tickets lack comprehensive analysis of safety measures, and operation tickets lack anti-misoperation logical judgment. Additionally, the process is complex, a significant amount of manual verification is involved, and the efficiency is low; technical anti-misoperation measures are also lacked during operations, which poses risks of personal injury and equipment damage due to misoperation.
Equipment inspections are often just a formality, and inspection standards and content are not fully implemented, leading to equipment operating with hidden risks and major safety hazards.
Coal mine automation monitoring systems include video surveillance, access control, regional fire prevention, environmental monitoring, and intelligent control systems, but they are managed separately. Information is not centralized, leading to inefficiencies in monitoring and alarm handling. The lack of information sharing among systems creates isolated data silos, making O&M more difficult.
Worker violations go unsupervised and undocumented, making it difficult to detect and eliminate unsafe practices.
The safety management and control platform addresses the issues present in the coal mine power supply O&M processes by creating a systematic safety operation control solution using a combination of "technical defense + human defense" measures. The system enables informatized, mandatory, and intelligent control by using technologies such as microcomputer-based anti-misoperation, mobile internet, IoT, and AI, which ensures the implementation of safety measures, improves efficiency, and optimizes safety supervision and management. It enhances the intrinsic safety of enterprises.
Two-ticket subsystem
The system supports ticket generation through graphical, manual, typical, and historical ticket methods; standardizes operation terminology; performs safety measure logic checks for work tickets; analyzes and determines dangerous points; and provides work ticket circulation, query, and statistics functions.
Anti-misoperation subsystem
The underground substation's high-voltage vacuum distribution device is equipped with mine-specific general-type and intrinsically safe electromagnetic locks, with globally unique codes. The electromagnetic anti-misoperation locks achieve mandatory interlocking and sequential operation of electrical equipment;
The underground substation is equipped with intrinsically safe mine transmission and unlocking controllers to enable the transmission and storage of operation tickets. These devices also recognize anti-misoperation locks to perform unlocking operations, thereby preventing incorrect operations.
Maintenance subsystem
The system ensures the deployment of safety isolation measures by coordinating the issuance of maintenance operation tickets with locking/tagging procedures. This prevents energy from being mistakenly transmitted to the maintenance area before the work is completed, thus ensuring the safety of maintenance operations.
Video analysis subsystem
The system utilizes AI analysis technology to upload video or photos at critical points (such as circuit breaker operations) to an intelligent analysis server for verification, ensuring that the operation results are accurate.

With data integration and business collaboration as the main focus, the intelligent O&M safety management and control system for the petrochemical industry enables comprehensive and intelligent management of petrochemical power supply systems, providing support for safety assurance, efficiency improvement, emergency response, and green energy savings. The system comprehensively controls unsafe behaviors of personnel and unsafe factors in equipment, ensuring the effective implementation of safety production regulations, eliminating equipment safety hazards, preventing accidents, and building a safety management system for the entire power supply O&M process.
In view of the content and risks of each operation stage in power generation enterprises, and with the goal of ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment, and the operation process, the system adopts a "technical defense + human defense + material defense" management approach. By integrating digital technology with power plant operation management, it enables measurable, visible, predictable, and controllable operations. This approach comprehensively manages operational risks, improves efficiency, and supports the construction of intrinsically safe intelligent power plants.
The electrical intelligent O&M solution for coal mining enterprises consists of an upper-level system platform, relay protection devices, intelligent monitoring terminals, and power quality monitoring devices. It achieves real-time data collection, monitoring, display, and intelligent analysis of all electrical operation information, focusing on solving issues such as preventing over-tripping, accident prevention, improving power quality, and eliminating electrical safety hazards. The solution aims to ensure "reliable power supply, safe electricity use, intelligent O&M, and efficient management" within coal mining enterprises.
The comprehensive coal mine automation system consists of surface monitoring substations, underground general monitoring substations, underground explosion-proof monitoring substations, and protection control devices. It uses MMS and GOOSE network-sharing technology to enable real-time transmission of four-remote signals and protection interlock signals through a shared fiber optic dual-ring network between the surface and underground. The protection control device is embedded with GOOSE technology, configuring a GOOSE signal interlock relationship between upper and lower-level protection. Faults in the lower level block adjacent upper levels, forming a fast-moving "surface + underground" high-voltage power supply system.
By deeply integrating intelligence and informatization, this solution creates a new pattern for a intelligent and warm mining area, constructing a first-class intelligent coal mine support platform and building an efficient, safe, convenient, green, and healthy campus environment. Fully utilizing 5G, IoT, and digital twin technologies to build new infrastructure for the campus, the solution establishes an intelligent control and operation management platform for surface mining, achieving intelligent interconnectivity, twin control of the mining area, and promoting the construction of a safe, intelligent, green, and happy intelligent mining area.
Steel enterprises feature large, dense equipment, complex processes, tightly coupled production processes, and operate in high-temperature, high-pressure environments across multiple areas. Traditional "human and institutional" management methods are insufficient to manage on-site work safety. The solution addresses the tasks and risks in each phase of steel enterprise operations, aiming to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and processes. It adopts a control approach combining "technical defense, human defense, and physical defense." By integrating digital technology with the operational management processes of steel enterprises, it enables measurable, visible, predictable, and controllable operations. This comprehensive risk management approach enhances operational efficiency and supports the development of an intrinsically safe, digital steel enterprise.
