优特科技“发电企业现场作业安全管控系统”获评“国际领先”

近日，中国电力企业联合会在广东省珠海市组织召开了优特科技研制的“发电企业现场作业安全管控系统”新产品技术鉴定会。鉴定委员会由国家能源集团科学技术研究院、三峡水力发电厂、华能、大唐、华电电科院、华北电力大学等单位的11名行业专家及教授组成。经质询讨论、评估及检测，鉴定委员会认为：产品的综合技术性能达到国际领先水平。

发电企业是资产密集型、技术密集型企业，具有高风险的特点，其安全生产关乎国民经济发展和社会和谐稳定。尽管发电企业已经建立了安全生产责任制、安全生产保证体系、安全生产监督体系、两票三制等法规和制度，但由于安全生产作业现场缺乏有效的技术管控手段，事故仍时有发生。

此次通过鉴定的发电企业现场作业安全管控系统采用“技防+人防+物防”的管控思路，将人工智能、云计算、互联网+、物联网等先进技术与安全生产业务相结合，可有效防范事故的发生，提升发电企业的安全管控水平及工作效率。目前，该系统已在国内主要发电集团所属多家发电企业应用，用户反映良好，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
