绍兴镜湖变智慧运检再升级

绍兴供电公司，以渡东集控站220kV镜湖变电站为区域巡视主站，下辖绍兴变、昌安变等多座110kV变电站。


为推动落实国网“两个替代”任务，优特科技与绍兴渡东集控站联手打造了区域型远程智能巡视系统，

通过在子站部署视频采集设备，在主站部署巡视主机和智能分析主机，

打造多功能一体化的远程智能巡视平台，构筑电力安全数智防线，赋能电网设备数智发展。

01.多维监测的千里眼

该系统实现区域巡视主机下发巡视任务，通过机器人、摄像机等设备，全方位、多维度对设备状态数据进行采集，

异常信息，及时告警，全面提升电网设备状态监测能力。

02.精准研判的智慧脑

结合人工智能与大数据，平台的图像识别率高达89.61%，节约单次巡视时间2~4小时，提升了变电站巡视效率和安全水平。

03.高效联动的操控手

根据配置的联动信号和巡视点位的对应关系，自动生成复核巡视任务，由机器人或视频对需要复核的点位进行巡视，并生成巡视报告。

通过该系统的运行，实现了镜湖变的“设备巡视的三个替代”，“运维质量的三个提升”，有效助力渡东运维班节约运维人力成本，降本增效。
